Protect your thoughts and inventions through copyrights and patents

How does it feel when you make the thing first and someone else says he only made it and earns fame and money using the same? It is your right and you should get that all which he is getting? And for all this you need a legal cover. Then no one can take your credit by any means, in fact you can lend it to anyone for duration and type of your choice and the person will pay you a handsome amount for it. You can sell your rights at a hefty price as well. These are called ‘Intellectual Property Rights â€"IPR’. These are of 2 types: copyright and industrial. Copyright law protects artistic things like paintings, music, etc against duplication. Industrial property consists of different things like trademarks and symbols.
In 1967, United Nations formed an organization, World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), to handle such issues. Intellectual Property (IP) can be referred to as intangible rights owned by an individual or an organization over their non-monetary products. Though intangible they can be sold, assigned or licensed like ordinary assets. It is enormously valuable to a business and often remains disregarded and unprotected. Please identify such assets and if you have not taken any step to protect them please contact an IP lawyer at the earliest. IPR can be managed for instance:
a) fixing royalties for exploitation of intellectual property rights;
b) granting licenses for evaluation of relevant materials and onward licenses;
c) software licensing;
d) cross-licensing different intellectual property rights for mutual research or exploitation.
To know your rights as a creator you need services of a good lawyer, after all who knows the in depth pros and cons of law better than them. These days intellectual property thievery is most common from home to home. People download pirated movies and songs and circulated them among their friends. And this hampers the sale of movie tickets and audio/video CDs/DVDs. Writers and producers sell music and video rights to companies manufacturing CDs/DVDs. When everyone gets the original quality free of charge then who will buy from them. Consequently, everyone from top to bottom (actors, musicians, record labels, etc.) in the industry suffers.
To avoid all this happen, a new industry has born in which the companies take responsibility for commencing  and copyrights and their renewals and if required handle legal complications as well. It is their business. In the light of increasing piracy and infringement of patent outsourcing and copyrights there is a quick rise in the demand of qualified professionals and organizations handling such issues. Maxinov, an organization with the top position in the industry is making a mark in its field.
